So I want to drink something and I come to this shop.What kind of shop is it T: So today let’s come the dink shop and learn something about drinks.Teacher shows the real orange juice and let students guess the name of it.T: What kind of this juice is it Let students make up sentence with this new word.Teacher shows some other pictures of juice and let students say their names.Teacher shows the two words with “er”: tiger, ruler.Practice with the sentence: Can I have … T: Is it good or bad for you T: There is another kind of drink, it is also good for you. Show the picture of a cow and let student guess the word.Practice the word with the sentence patter “Can I have … ”T: But there is another kind of drink that is bad for you.Let students guess the pronunciation of the letters: ea.Show some other words with letters “ea”.Show some other words which consist with familiar words.Eg; black tea, milk tea.Show the picture of cola and coffee.Explain the reasons why the two words pronounce like this.Let students make up a dialogue with the sentence they learn in this unit.Try to make up a new chant.Teacher sets examples first.Let students make up a conversation with the new sentence pattern. Let students try to say more sentences.Let students walk around in the classroom and ask for some drink. Sing the song together and review the words for feelings.Look at the picture and guess the name of the shop---Drink Shop.Listen carefully and try to catch up with the teacher.Look at the bottle of juice and try to read after the teacher.Ss: It’s orange juice.Ss: Can I have some orange juice, please Sure, here you are./Sorry, no.Look at the pictures and try to say the names of other kinds of juice.Eg: apple juice, pear juice, lemon juice.Read the two words loudly and correctly.
