当把一个人介绍给另一个人时,常用“This is…”句型,不用“He is…”或“She is…”。this常指代距离较近的人或物,与其相对的词是that。它们可单独使用,也可用来修饰名词。介绍距离较远的人或物时用“That is…”。this is不能缩写为this's,that is可缩写为that's。
