Step1、 Warming up 1、 Look at the language in the practice books with the students. 2、 Ask some volunteers to come to the front one at a time whisper an active in their ears and ask them to act it out, the class gets what the volunteer can or can't do. Step2、 Practice. Work in pairs. Add two or three more activities to the list. 1、 Ask students to read the list of activities, tell students to talk about other activities in pairs and add them to their lists. 2、 Tell students to look at the question in the language books and to make a similar question from the list. 3、 Tell students to write one question for each activity on the list. 4、 Ask students to practice in Paris by asking about the activities on their lists. 第二课时 Step3 Grammar Students write down the structures of “can”and make some sentences. 基础好的学生写下can的各种句型构成,再造句巩固。教师要特别关注平时容易出问题的学生,全班巡视时随机指导纠正学生的语言使用。这些基础薄弱的学生可完成活动3,然后试着总结结构。 附录:情态动词can的用法 一、情态动词can的概述 1.情态动词不能单独作谓语,只能和动词一起构成谓语。 掌握 2.情态动词没有人称和数的变化 3.表示说话人的语气和情感。 4.意为“能;会”。 二、情态动词can的用法 1.表示具备的能力,指现在、过去无论什么时候想做就能做 到的能力。如:He can speak English 2.表示建议和请求,多用在口语中,意为“可以,能够”用在 疑问句中用来提出请求,用于否定句中表示不允许。如: You can't play basketball. Can you.. “请你……好么 ”表示说话人的请求;“我可以……吗 ”用来征求对方是否允许自己做某事。如果在句末加上 please 一词就显得更有礼貌了。如:Can you help me, please 三、句式变化 1.否定句:在can后面加 not,缩写为can't。如:He can't ano. swim. 2.一般疑问句:把 can 提到主语前面。如: (1)表示能力时:肯定回答:Yes,I can.否定回答:No,I can't(2)表示请求时:肯定回答可用OK或Certainly,否定回答可用 Sorry。如: -Can you look after my books -Certainly. 拓展词汇量,师生和生生操练句型,反馈学生对句型的掌握情况 分层教学,充分调动学生参与活动的积极性
