特殊疑问句
(Special question)
特殊疑问句的形式:
疑问代词/副词 + 动词 be/助动词/情态动词 + 主语 + 动词。疑问代词/副词包括 what, who, which, whom, whose, when, how, why, where 等。回答时不用yes 或no,而要根据实际情况回答。
Asking "Wh-"questions.
特殊疑问句构成:
特殊疑问词+一般疑问句。
特殊疑问词大部分由wh开头
★对事物、活动等进行提问,用what
What do you do for Halloween
★对特定的人或事物进行提问,用which
Which boy is your cousin The one in a blue coat.
★对人物进行提问,用Who
Who is Mr Wu He’s my English teacher.
★对所属关系进行提问,用 whose
Whose bag is this It’s his.
★对时间进行提问用when
When do you start your lessons At eight in the morning
★对地点进行提问,用 where
Where is my pen Look, it’s under your chair.
★对原因进行提问用 why
Why is he so happy Because it is his birthday.
除了以上疑问词,还有与how 有关的提问
1.对方式进行提问:
How do you go to school I usually ride a bike to school.
2.对一段时间进行提问:
How long do you usually spend doing homework
About an hour.
3.对事情发生的频率进行提问:
How often do you play basketball Twice a week.
4.对价格进行提问:
How much is the book Five yuan.
5.对数量进行提问:
How many apples are there in the basket About 20.
6.对年龄进行提问:
How old is your father He is 39 years old
what----Activity or thing (对行为和事物提问)。

“We are talking about our family.”

which----Thing or person (对特定的人或事物提问)。

who----Person (对人提问)
“Who will visit you tomorrow ” “My father.”
“明天谁来看你?” “我爸爸。”
whose----Possession (对人的所有关系提问)

when----Time (对时间提问)
“When will you finish your homework ”
“你什么时候能完成作业?”
“Tomorrow.” “明天。”
where----Place (对地点提问)
“Where do you study ” “你在哪儿读书?”

why-----reason (对原因提问)
“Why are you late ”
“你为什么迟到?”
