Hello, everyone. I am John and I will come to Beijing No.2 Middle School as an exchange student in December.
I have never been to China before. So to prepare for my educational exchange, I have already read a lot of books to learn more about China. Besides, I have also taken courses on Mandarin since March. Though I haven’t got much success in mastering the language yet, I will keep trying and I can understand as well as speak some simple everyday words.

1. to talk about things that happened in the past but have a connection to the present in some way

2. to talk about things that happened in the past but last up to now
表示过去的动作或状态持续到现在
