一、基数词用法
1. 基数词在表示数量时与表示编号、号码时的读法不一样。
数字：87,300,005
读作：eighty-seven million three hundred thousand and five
电话号码：82772906
读作：eight two seven seven two nine zero six
2. hundred, thousand, million 有不加‘s’和加‘s’两种情况：
I have two hundred books. (不可加s)
我有两百本书。
I have hundreds of books. (必须加s)
我有数百本书。
二、序数词用法
1. 表日期：the fifth of June (=June the fifth) 6月5日
2. 表顺序或编号：
the second lesson (=Lesson Two)
3. 序数词常与the连用，但以下两种情况不用the：
(1) 作副词, 如：
He often comes first in the exams.
他考试常名列第一。
You must finish your homework first.
(2) 前面有限定词(如形容词性物主代词
名词所有格)时，不可再用the。
It’s my first time to watch the lion dance.
