教材分析 本单元以 “奥运会”为话题，本课第一部分谈论了享誉世界的“梦之队”---美国的篮球队，加拿大的冰球队，巴西的足球队及排球队，以及中国的跳水队，乒乓球队及羽毛球队。第二部分谈论怎样成为“梦之队”，引导学生如何成为优秀班级体， 从而培养他们的团队精神及集体荣誉感。
学情分析 本课结合学生平时对奥运会的了解，以一些体育明星来引出各个“梦之队”，使学生乐于去接触并了解异国文化。更使学生感受到奥运健儿的那种努力拼搏，不断超越自己的精神。在学习生活中培养团队合作精神。

教学策略与 设计说明 为了使学生更易理解语篇，把本文分为两部分：世界闻名的梦之队以及成为梦之队的品质两部分。第一部分采用课后整合问题引领及表格梳理的方式，结合图片展示使学生清晰了然。第二部分采用由易到难，层层递进的方式来让学生结合课文谈到的表达如何成为梦之队，再引申到自身或集体如何做能成为最棒，最后通过图片文字配以音乐来让学生感受我们祖国的“梦之队”, 让学生得到情感的升华!
