二、合作探究
探究一:
现在进行时表示正在进行的动作或存在的状态。一般有be动词(am, is, are)加上动词的现在分词(即动词的ing形式)构成。通常句子中常有now, Look! Listen! It’s two o’clock now.等表示正在进行的时间状语。
句子结构:
1. 肯定式:主语+ be (am, is, are)+ 现在分词+其它。:如: I’m reading. 我在看书。
2. 否定式:主语+ be (am, is, are)+ not + 现在分词+其它。:如:I’m not reading. 我没在看书。
3. 一般疑问句:Am / Is / Are + 主语 + 现在分词 +其它?如:Are you reading 你在看书吗?
肯定回答:Yes, I am. 否定回答:No, I’m not.
动词的现在分词构成的规律:
1. 一般情况下,在动词后加-ing构成:
work→working 工作 sleep→sleeping 睡 wait→waiting等待
study→studying 学习 read→reading 读 talk→talking 谈话
2. 在不发音的-e结尾动词(以辅音字母+e结尾)去掉e后再加-ing:
smile→smiling 微笑 move→moving搬动 write→writing 写
take→taking 拿 use→using 使用 exercise→exercing锻炼
但是,若是发音的e结尾,则不能去e:
see→seeing 看见 agree→agreeing 同意
3. 以重读闭音节或r音节结尾且末尾只一个辅音字母动词,要双写末尾的辅音字母再加-ing:
sit→sitting plan→planning 计划 prefer→preferring 宁愿
4. 以字母ie结尾的动词,通常将ie改为y,再加ing:
die→dying lie→lying 躺

【快乐链接】 "ing"的来历
  相传很久很久以前有一个国王 (king),他非常喜欢sing,每天在王宫里唱歌,,连国家的事都扔在脑后不管,大臣们都很着急,但又都没有办法。
  有一天,这个国王照例在王宫里引吭高歌,这时一个外国使节有事想求见国王。大臣们进去禀报了几次,但是国王唱兴正浓,就是不出来接见。大臣们又不敢对外国使节说国王正在里面 sing,怕人家生气。正在大家不知怎么办时,有一个大臣想出了一个办法,他假装到里面去禀报国王,然后出来对外国使节说国王有急事,他正在里面 "ing",今天不能接见。外国使节不知"ing"是怎么回事,只知道国王有急事,正在"ing",又不便多问,只得怏怏离去。
  从此以后,每当国王在唱歌,而又有人求见时,大臣们就用国王正在"ing"打发来者。久而久之,"ing"就成了国王正在做某事的代用词。
  慢慢地这种说法流传到了民间,人们只要一说起某人正在做某事,便在动词原形后面加上ing。后来为了区别不同的人称,人们又在主语后面加上了be动词, 形成了"be + 现在分词(present participle)"形式的现在进行时态。
