一、语言点：
1.*Children，I want you to find out what changes the youger students would like to see in our school. 同学们，我想要你们去了解一下低年级学生所希望看到的学校变化。
(1)want sb. to do sth. = would like sb. to do希望某人做某事
(2）find ：发现；找到，强调找到的结果 如：I can’t find my pen .
find out ：查明；弄清楚，指经过探听、询问、调查之后，才发现某物.
如：Please find out whose key it is .
look for ：寻找，强调找的过程或动作。如：I’m looking for my watch.

(1）would like to do sth = want to do sth. 想要做某事
(2)Would you like sth… 可用来给出提议。回答：Yes，please. / No，thanks.
Would you like to do sth… ？可用来向别人发出邀请。
回答：Yes，I’d love（like）to.
3.* have more school picnics 学校举办更多的野餐活动
have more P.E.lessons 上更多的体育课
注意：have 除了表示“有”，也和许多名词连用，表示一种活动或动作，常有较灵活的译法。

It would be impossible to have a swimming pool in our school。
在我们学校建一个游泳池是不可能的。
“It would be + adj + to do”所表达的内容与现状相反，有假设的成分。
5.Our classroom looks old，untidy and uninteresting.
我们的教室看起来又旧又不整洁，缺乏生气。
这个句子结构是：主语+系动词 + 形容词， 被称之为“主（语）系（动词）表（语）”结构.我们所学过的系动词还有sound （听起来）；taste （尝起来）；smell （闻起来）；feel（感觉起来）；become （变得）；turn（变得）；get（变得）等.
6.* Can you make some changes to it yourselves ？你们自己能对它作一些改变吗？
（1）句中的make 意为“使出现；使产生”；这里的to为介词，意为“就；针对”
（2）-self或-selves结尾的代词称为反身代词。反身代词使用时应与主语相对应。

复数 ourselves yourselves themselves
（3）反身代词的用法：
A.起强调作用，如本句，出现于第52页的其他反身代词也起同样作用。
B.作动词或介词的宾语，尤其常在enjoy，teach，hurt，buy，introduce，dress等动词和by， for，to，of 等介词后作宾语。
如：He is teaching himself English.他正在自学英语。
She was talking to herself. 那时她在自言自语。
He lives in the country by himself.他独自住在乡下。
C.用于一些简短的会话或固定用法中。如：Please help yourself to some fish.请随便吃些鱼.Make yourself at home ！ 别客气！
