首先，体裁---说明文，
题型---提纲作文:要点齐全，条理清晰。
第二，时态：一般现在时，
第三：人称---第一，三人称----注意主谓一致问题。
第三，文章结构:要完整紧凑，语言要简练---思维导图:三段：1.概况：环境和设施。
2.社区的邻居和志愿者，
3.表达自己住在这样社区的感受。
这样下来文章结构就比较完整，条理比较清晰。
错误诊断：
1）拼写错误 2）名词单复数 3）短语搭配错误 4）主谓一致5）词性误用 6）句子结构运用问题，特别是“有”字表达 7）句子不完整，如缺少谓语动词。8）句子首字母大写问题 9)卷面涂画，字迹不清 10）要点不全，词数不够。

My dream community
My dream community is very big but there aren’t many families in it. Many trees and flowers grow there. They make the community very beautiful. There is also a garden, a playground and even a swimming pool in it. People can go swimming in it in summer.
I like my neighbors because they are kind and friendly. They are always ready do help people in need. Some of them are volunteers. They have many kinds of skills and they use them to help solve problems.
I dream to live happily in such a wonderful community!
