T: Where’s the schoolbag now S: It’s on the desk. Write: The schoolbag is on the desk now Ask: But where was the schoolbag a moment ago Write: The schoolbag was in the desk a moment ago. Ask: What do you do every day? Write the key words: every day: get up----wash face----go to school---have lunch---do sports Yesterday: got up--- washed face---went to school—had lunch---did sports Talk in groups. Teacher summary: We use the Simple Past Tense to talk about things in the past.
