They (take) the cat to the animal centre. (was, sat. heard, found, ran, met, went, was, took) Step2 Presentation T: Where’s the schoolbag S: It’s in the desk. T: Where’s the schoolbag now S: It’s on the desk. Write: The schoolbag is on the desk now Ask: But where was the schoolbag a moment ago Write: The schoolbag was in the desk a moment ago. Ask: What do you do every day？ Write the key words: every day: get up----wash face----go to school---have lunch---do sports Yesterday: got up--- washed face---went to school—had lunch---did sports Talk in groups. Teacher summary: We use the Simple Past Tense to talk about things in the past. Step3 Presentation 呈现动词和他们的过去式形式。 Turn---turned live----lived cry----cried stop---stopped 带领学生一起学习动词的过去式的构成规律，让能力较强的学生先归纳，教师进行补充。 （1）规则变化：直接加ed 以e结尾的单词加d 辅音字母加y结尾的单词去y加ied 重读闭音节，双写最后辅音加ed （2）不规则变化：不变 只变元音字母 只变辅音字母 元音字母和辅音字母都发生变化 其他不规则变化 2．呈现以下动词，完成规则动词的过去式变化练习。 stay (stayed) share （shared） chat (chatted) prepare (prepared) study (studied) carry (carried) check (checked) like (liked0 pick (picked) plan (planned) invite (invited) drop (dropped) Step4 Practise 自主学习不规则动词的过去式，寻找适合自已的记忆诀窍。 Finish PartA in pairs.
