Lesson9 What day is it today
教学目标:
1. 学习掌握 Sunday , Monday ,Tuesday ,Wednesday , Thursday , Friday ,Saturday ,Sunday .
2. 掌握并会运用句型来问答：What day is it
It’s Monday 。
教学重点：
1. 能听说读写表示周一到周日的单词。
2. 会灵活运用来what day is it 问答。
教学难点:
Sunday ,Monday ,Tuesday ,Wednesday, Thursday , Friday, Saturday , Sunday 的读写。及询问星期几的句型的运用。
教学准备：录音机，图片，字卡
教学步骤：
1． Greeting .
T : Good morning, boys and girls!
Ss: Good morning, Miss Mao.
2． Presentation:
Show a picture, then ask: When do you go to school to lead into new words learning. Listen and repeat. Monday , Tuesday , Wednesday , Thursday , Friday , Saturday , Sunday .
3． Practice：
1. Read together, then group reading, at last one by one to read.
2. Teacher points then the students say. (quick response)
3. Sing a song.( Sunday , Monday , Tuesday )
4． New contents. (learning sentences)
1. show PPT, ask: what day is it The students answer according the pictures that the teacher show: it is …
2. work in pairs.(students working pairs then act out.)
A: What day is it
B: It is Monday .
3. Expand. (knowing that abbreviate or the days of the week )

教学反思
本课《what day is it today 》的重点是周一至周日七个重点词汇及句型。
征对四年级学生尚小，知识储备不足，学习英语主要以培养兴趣为主，在本课教学设计上我分了几部分来学习，目的是化难为简。使学生更容易掌握和接受。首先，是学习生词，首先学习了周一至周五，让学生知道我们是周一至周五在学校学习，而周六周日则是在家的，也认识了WEEKEND这个词。在学生熟悉了这七个生词之后，在引入学习句子，学生学起来就会觉得轻松。学起来也更加有信心。
本课我认为有几个比较好的地方：一是用了QUICK RESPONSE 这种方式，使学生能在最短的时间记住最多的词。加入中文翻译，让一些后进生更容易记住每一个词。
二是用两首歌来激发学生兴趣，并加强了本课重点词句的记忆，学生在轻松愉悦的环境下学习更容易记忆。
三是拓展的学习与学生的日常相关。以后对学生运用起来更熟练。
不足之处则是，导入显得有些许仓促，属于直接导入式。
同时练习不够，特别是学生学习完单词后可以加入一个能够让全班学生都参与的游戏，最后学生操练之前没有做好演示，学生到讲台上表演他们的对话时，指示不够明确，学生没有面向所有人。这都是本课的不足。在未来教学中仍需改进。
