Step1 The Ss learn some new words and phrases.
Step2 The Ss look at two pictures and learn the words and sentences for describing people’s feelings.
Stage3 Listening & Reading
Step1 The Ss listen to the tape and fill in the blanks, then answer the questions after reading again.
Read the lesson and answer the questions.

1. happy, sad 形容词, 用来表达心情的。 “快乐, 悲哀” 是一组反义词。
形容词在句子中有两种位置:
(1) 用在系动词后作表语。
Han Mei is happy.
韩梅很开心。
(2) 用在名词前作定语。
Li Ming is a happy boy.
李明是一个快乐的男孩。
2. Sometimes we laugh.
laugh vi.意为“笑”
Don’t laugh! It’s time for class!
不要笑了!该上课了!
laugh at 嘲笑
Please don’t laugh at the poor.
请不要嘲笑穷人。
3. How do you feel today 你感觉怎么样?
疑问词how 用来询问感觉或感情,回答时用“I feel…”或“I am…”
—I feel happy.
—I am happy.
我感觉高兴。
4. What’s wrong 怎么了?
这是用来询问是否有毛病或麻烦的句型,如询问“…有什么毛病/怎么了?”,后加介
词with.
Eg. What’s wrong with your bike
你的自行车有什么毛病
5. My mum wants me to eat just one donut a day.
我妈妈让我每天只吃一个面包圈。
句式“want sb. to do sth.”意为“想要某人做某事”
Eg. I want him to go to Beijing with me.
我想要他和我一起去北京。
Stage5 Practice & Review
Step1 The Ss speak out the Chinese meanings of the following words.
Step2 The Ss fill in the blanks with the words in the box.
Step3 The Ss finish some exercises to review the knowledge and language learned.
Step4 The Ss answer the questions according to the two pictures.
