There are lots of places of interest in Beijing. Many tourists come to Beijing every year. In the centre of Beijing is the Palace Museum. It is also called the Forbidden City. It is now open to the public as a museum. The Summer Palace lies in the north west of the city. It is a large Chinese garden set in a natural landscape. It is tiring to climb the steps, but thousands of tourists visit the Great Wall every day. As an old saying goes, “He who has never been to the Great Wall is not a true man.”
I think Beijing is a wonderful place. It is well worth a visit.
