教材分析
本课是人民教育出版社课标版一年级起点(吴欣主编),四年级上册第二单元的内容。本单元教学主题突出,围绕“课外活动”这一主题展开,学习内容是生活中常见的活动类单词,并在情境中使用它们,教学内容设计合理,循序渐进。与本单元相关的活动类单词在第一单元都有涉及,围绕学生生活活动展开,贴近学生的生活与经历。本课时的主题是Fun Time ,是对于本单元主题的拓展,学习内容是能够借助图片读懂关于国外学生课外的活动。涉及的核心活动词,都是生词。此外,本课时的内容也紧密联系了第一单元的内容,既相关又延伸,这也体现了英语学科语言学习的循序渐进性。
学情分析
四年级学生活泼好动,求知欲强。喜欢直观形象思维,对歌曲、游戏、歌谣等特别感兴趣。他们已经学习英语三年多了,有一定的英语基础。语言知识技能方面,学生之前已经学习过一些课外活动的单词,能分别用I often go... I can... It is... 谈论自己经常做的课外活动,为本单元的学习做了一定量的准备,但是没有把所学知识加以整合再运用,所以本课在阅读的同时,帮助学生整合有关的句型,培养学生综合运用语言的能力。因为本课是有关国外的学生们的课外活动,学生不熟悉,而且有生词,所以本课设计了很多直观形象的图片及视频,帮助学生理解词义。
教学目标
一 知识目标1、能够在语境中认读、理解生词ski,rock climbing, play Frisbee,the National Railway Museum.2、能够借助图片读懂四段关于国外学生的课外活动。 3、能够正确运用3-5句话介绍课外活动二 语言技能目标 能够在语境中运用所学语言介绍自己喜欢的课外活动三 学习策略目标 1.直观学习策略:本堂课通过直观生动的视频图像,声音(课文音频和视频),呈现活动,提高学生兴趣,提高课堂效率。2.活动学习策略:根据学生年龄及好奇心强的特点,创设“卡通人物乐迪Jett去世界各地送快递”让学生积极并主动参与。3.合作学习策略:以“学生为本”,充分发挥小组的作用,让学生在小组内合作学习、相互帮助,让学生成为课堂的真正主人。四 情感态度目标 引导学生在做运动时注意安全。鼓励学生多参加课外活动,开拓眼界,增长知识。五 文化意识目标 1 通过介绍飞盘的起源,帮助学生了解为什么Frisbee被称之为飞盘,让学生了解西方的文化历史.2 通过介绍国外学生的课外活动,帮助学生了解外面的世界,提高学生学习外语和外国文化的兴趣,提高跨文化交际能力和跨文化意识。
