教学内容:五年级上册英语Unit3 Animals
设计意图:
1.突出英语阅读能力的培养。在目标的设定上,从关注短文学习走向关注阅读能力培养,如加强阅读方法的指导,了解短文描述动物的表达顺序,领悟文章的表达方法,培养高年级学生的英语综合素质。
2.改变阅读方式。如采用听音思考、寻读勾画、朗读体验英语发音技巧、跟读品味、填写favorite animal card等丰富、有效的学习活动,培养学生建立英语阅读的良好习惯。
3.培养学生仿照范例写几句连贯话介绍动物的能力。借助短文,仿照老师的板书培养学生写几句连贯话介绍动物的能力,初步建立英语写作的框架,如先总写自己喜欢的小动物是什么,再从动物的home、food、appearance的方面具体介绍小动物,为学生将来学习写英语短文奠定扎实的基础。
教材分析:
本单元的话题是Animals,是对于Lesson1、2学习基础上的升华和学生语言能力的拓展。不同于一年级时单纯学习动物的词汇,通过学习本课短文,培养学生能够读懂描述动物的短文,抓住大意和关键信息能力,意在培养高年级学生的阅读能力,丰富学生的阅读体验,使之阅读能力有所培养。
学情分析:
本课的话题内容是关于Animals,学生在一年级的时候学习过简单的小动物词汇,三年级的时候也学习过I like...这一句型来描述自己喜欢的小动物,学生们比较熟悉这一话题,为本节课学生继续学习讲述动物的短文奠定了基础。但是五年级学生第一次学习长篇短文,从长度和内容上都大大增加了难度。因此,在教学之前安排学生预习本课,可以自己查短文中的生词,为学习文本扫清障碍,采取适合五年级学生的阅读方式,体会长篇文章的书写结构,为学生接下来的学习奠定扎实的基础。
德育目标:
通过学习短文介绍动物elephant,唤醒学生们保护爱护大象及其他动物的意识。
教学目标:
1.能读懂描述动物的短文,抓住大意和关键信息。
2.能根据提示说出几句连贯的话来介绍某种动物。
3.能够看书较流利地朗读课文。
