Do the answers express the same meaning
It’s raining. 表示说话人说话的时候正在下雨
It’s rainy. 表示某段时间是阴雨天气，说话的时候可能在
下雨，也可能没下雨。
现在进行时的用法
(1)表示现在正在发生或进行的动作，有时也表示现阶段正在发生或进行的动作。常与now, right now, “It’s+时间点.”及listen, look等标志词连用。
He is playing football now.
(2)现在进行时和always连用时，表示反复出现或习惯性的动作，常常带有赞赏、不满等感彩。
Mary is always helping her classmates.
玛丽总是帮助她的同学。
(3)表示位置移动的动词，如come, go, leave等，常用现在进行时表示动作将要发生，而不表示动作正在进行。
He is going to the library this afternoon.
他今天下午要去图书馆。
