教学目标:
1. 知识目标:
1)学生能够准确掌握四会单词和词组:wear glasses, slim, curly hair, straight hair, nice, young, teach.
2)学生能够准确掌握重点句型:She teaches…She has long curly/straight hair.She wears glasses.
2.能力目标:
1)能够根据描述猜测教师,能够利用新知识对话。
3.情感目标:
1)在课堂活动中,调动学生的学习热情,激发学生英语学习的兴趣。
2)在小组活动体验中,培养学生互助、合作学习的意识,提高学生运用语言能力。
3)通过学习让学生更爱自己的老师
教学准备:
1.PPT课件。
教学重点:
学生们能够在语境中正确运用本单元的核心词汇和句型。
教学难点:
学生们能用英语介绍自己最喜爱的老师。
教学过程:
(一)热身复习 文化感知
设计意图: 通过预设情境让同学们愿意参与课堂初步用英语进行语言交流,切入本课话题。
做好开课准备。

设计意图:
通过照片吸引同学们的注意力同时有效学习新知,通过回答问题,训练学生运用英文表达的能力;
出示四位教师的工作卡

教师指着第一个老师介绍This is Miss Zhang.
Who is she?引导学生说出第二个教师的名字Mr.Li
分别让学生说出第三第四个教师的名字,给出框架This is……

(三)语用实践 巩固新知
设计意图: 校正学生发音,给学生时间对课文进行朗读训练,在熟练朗读课文的过程中,熟悉课文,形成对课文的总体印象。
通过复述课文和表演课文,巩固课文内容。为下一步的拓展训练奠定基础。
合理开发并充分利用教材资源,通过小组讨论加深对本科内容的理解。
通过自由讨论,让更多的学生参与课堂,能用自己的语言描述教师。

(四)综合拓展 激活语言
设计意图: 英语教学注重 “在做中学,在学中用”,通过对自己喜欢老师的描述培养学生们对艺术的兴趣以及英语的口语表达能力。
T: Who’s your favourite teacher Can you tell me something about your favourite teacher
Let someone answer the question.
A student describes her favourite teacher in our school and the others guess who is she/he.
反复进行几轮。
