【记忆口诀】
基变序，有规律，多数词尾加-th。
一、二、三特殊记，词尾字母t, d, d。
八去t, 九去e, 字母f把ve替，然后再加-th。
遇到几十几，只变个位就可以。
序数词表顺序，一般须加定冠词(the)。
序数词的用法：
1. 序数词要加定冠词the。
但当序数词前有物主代词（his, her…）、指示代词（this, that…）等修饰时，则不必再用the。
如：
on the third floor 在三楼
on his twelfth birthday 在他十二岁生日这天
2. 序数词常用缩写形式，
即“阿拉伯数字+个位序数词的后两个字母”。
如：one → 1st; second→2nd; third→3rd; twelfth→12th; twenty-sixth → 26th
3. 序数词可表示日期“几月几日”中的“几日”。如:August 17th 8月17日 October 1st 10月1日
4. 序数词前＋a/an 表示“又一；再一”。
