一、宾语从句的时态
如果主句的谓语动词为现在时, 则从句的谓语动词的时态可根据实际需要而定;如果主句的谓语动词为过去时, 则从句的谓语动词用过去时态中的某种具体时态。具体情况如下。
主句 从句
现在时 保留原来句子的时态或根据实际需要来定
过去时 改为相应的过去时(客观事实和自然现象用一般现在时)
例如:
My uncle says he will go back tomorrow.
我的叔叔说他明天要回去。
The teacher told us that the earth travels around the sun.
老师告诉过我们地球绕着太阳转。
二、相应的过去时态的变化情况
一般现在时 一般过去时
现在进行时 过去进行时(was/were doing)
现在完成时 过去完成时(had+过去分词)
一般将来时 过去将来时(would do;was/were going to do)
例如:
I thought they had already gone to the Great Wall.
我想他们已经去了长城。
She asked if he was leaving for Beijing soon.
她问, 他是否很快就去北京。
【温馨提示】
宾语从句记忆歌诀:
宾语从句三注意, 时态、语序、引导词,
主句若是过去时, 主从时态要一致。
宾从表达是真理, 只用一般现在时,
一般问句表“是否”, if或whether 来引导。
特殊问句作宾从, 疑问词引导就能行,
还有一点要说明, 陈述语序要记清。
