Design ideas 1. According to the requirements for students of learning level 5 among the New Curriculum standard. 2. Analysis of the teaching materials: The Object Clause plays an important part in English grammar. This period is a grammar class of the object clause. Students are expected to have a good understanding about the concept of the object clause and make a right choice in the high school entrance exam. Besides, students are required to write the compound sentences with the structure of the object clause in the writing task. 3. Analysis of the students: In terms of the ninth graders, students are enthusiastic and initiative in English class because of the coming high school entrance exam. They are basically developed in thinking and analyzing abilities but they have difficulties in mastering the strategies and skills According to the previous 3 points, I make a teaching design of this unit.
Teaching aims 1. Enable students to review the basic usage of the object clause. 2. Enable students to use the link word correctly. (that/if/whether/when/what) 3. Enable students to use the grammatical order and tenses of the object clause. 4. Enable students to master the strategies of the object clause.
Teaching key points and difficulties Key points 1. Students can make right choices in the high entrance exam. 2. Students can write the sentences with the structure of the object clause.
Difficult points The correct use of the link word, tenses.
Learning strategies 1. Make use of target languages(the object clause) to write a short passage. 2. Master the three steps of illustrating the correct choices. 3. Make use of the multimedia and web resources combined with micro-lesson to make the English class more efficient. 4. Make use of the new language in a cooperative way with situational approach.

Step 3 Practice 1. Ask the students to do some basic exercise. 2. Ask students to do some exercise related to the high school entrance exam in recent years. 1. Do the exercises and illustrate why. 1. To consolidate the usage of the object clause. 2. To master the strategies of illustrating the choices.

Teaching feedback
This is a revision lesson. It mainly aims to the high school entrance exam. There are three main purposes about this lesson first enable students to form the structure of the grammatical point. Second enable students to do a certain amount of practice to enhance the language point Third, Enable students to master the strategies to solve the difficulties Fourth, enable a certain amount of students to get a higher improvement and make sure the students who are weak in this aspect can enhance the language point so i divide this class into presentation, practice, and production. Before the class, there is a leading-in to make the students focus on the topic about the object clause and make the class more lively. The purpose is also to emphasize fundamental knowledge and basic skills, and get high participation. Practice is pertinent. It is relevant to the point and has realistic significance Production period aims to make students put the object clause into practical use, especially in writing. After writing, I found many students can use it correctly but it is till inevitable for some students to make mistakes in terms of the link word and the tenses.
After class I know teaching idea is legible, structure is reasonable, levels of detail is clear, link is compact, teaching method is flexible, teaching effect is obvious. The teacher can make full use of digital resources auxiliary classroom teaching. Digital teaching resources and textbook are closely linked Students have mastered the skills of illustrating the object clause. Nearly every student can get the participation in the class. The disadvantage of this class is time is limited students need more opportunity to participate to make the class abundant. I will try my best to teach and research in junior English teaching to make my class perfect.
