教学内容：PEP三年级下册 Unit3 At the zoo C. Story time
学情分析：
三年级的学生已经学习过一些有关动物的单词，例如：tiger，panda，monkey，fish等，本节课是在此基础上学习新的动物单词，进而学习新的对话内容。
教学目标：
1.能够听说认读单词gorilla，zebra，horse，lion，fox，wolf。
2.了解Story time部分的故事内容，能够听懂，会说，分角色表演故事。
3.具有热爱动物，保护动物的意识。
教学重难点：
1.能够听说认读单词gorilla，zebra，horse，lion，fox，wolf。
2.能够分角色表演故事。
教学准备：
多媒体课件，单词卡片。
教学步骤：
Step1.Warning-up & Revision
1.Sing a song: At the zoo
2.Lead in: Let’s play a guessing game: What kind of animal is it
(1)It’s cute. It has two long ears. It has a shot tail.
学生回答：It’s a rabbit.
(2)It’s black and white. It has two black eyes and two small ears. It’s cute. 学生回答：It’s a panda.
(3)It’s short and thin. It has a long tail. 学生回答：It’s a monkey.
Step2.Presentation
1.It's big. It has two long arms. It has no tail. What kind of animal is it It's a gorilla. 教学单词：gorilla 开火车读单词。
2.出示猴子和猩猩的图片，将猴子和猩猩做对比，教学句子：The small one is a monkey. The big one is a gorilla.
3.找学生读句子：The small one is a monkey. The big one is a gorilla.
4.It’s tall. It has a long tail and four long legs. What is it
学生回答：It's a horse.
教学单词horse。
开火车读单词。
5.It's black and white. It looks like a horse. 学生回答：It's a zebra. 教学单词zebra。 开火车读单词。
6.出示图片问学生:What’s this 学生回答：It’s a tiger. 出示狮子的图片询问学生：Is it a tiger？ 学生回答：No，It's a lion. 教学单词lion。 开火车读单词。
7.出示狐狸的图片，教学单词fox。
8.出示狼的图片，教学单词wolf。
9.Let’s play a game: Pass the parcel(击鼓传花） 一个学生敲鼓，其他学生传花，鼓声停止的时候花在谁的手里谁就说一个动物的单词。
10.出示图片，询问学生How many animals do you know 引出该句型。学生试着用I know......来回答。
教师总结：You know all the animals.
11.教学句型：I know all the animals.
12.Does zoom know all the animals Let’s watch a video.
13.跟读故事录音并进行表演。
Step3. Consolidation Look and match（将动物和动物的图片连线）
小结。
Step4.Home work:
(1)Listen to the tape and read after the tape.
(2)Tell the story to your parents.
