Teaching reflection :
Before the class, I got a full preparation for the lesson including preparation for students and preparation for teaching. In the lesson, I mainly use the Task-based learning method such as group work, guessing and competition. Students are interesting in the lesson and they took an active participation in learning activities. I also organized games to provide them a real situation to practice their listening and spoken English. I think English environment is very important for students to learn English. So all of the students in my class have an English name. I encourage them to speak in English most of the time. However, the rural students seldomly speak English after class. I plan to spend more time in leading them to practice English in daily life.
