学情分析
三年级学生刚刚接触英语,对英语学习充满新鲜感和期待,在课堂中会表现的很积极活泼,能主动参与教师课堂的教学活动,大胆的参与课堂讨论,大部分学生能表现的非常好,但是教学要面向全体学生,因此在课堂中要多关注后进生的进步和表现才是最好的。

【导入】Warming up
1.Greeting and Free talk
2.Do actions: Follow me
Look at my hands, clap clap clap
Look at my arms, wave wave wave
Look at my head, touch touch touch
Look at my foot, stamp stamp stamp
【讲授】Presentation
1.Teach the main words:
Teddy Bear’s birthday: Go to see his friends.
⑴ Use the pictures to teach the word “bear” Read and repeat.
Do actions.
Put the word card on the board.
⑵ Present the picture of “pig”. Then guess and teach the word “pig”.
⑶ Listen to the sound of the duck and guess .Then teach the word “duck”.
⑷ Listen to the sound and guess. Then teach the word “dog”.
⑸ Look at the shadow of the animal. Guess.
What’s this Then teach the word “cat”.
2.Practise the main words:
⑴ I say you do!
⑵ Ask and answer.
One student acts like one of the animals and ask: What’s this
The other one answer: It’s a …
⑶ Present a picture of wolf. Play the game “What’s missing ”
Action Game 1
Say out the animals behind the clouds.
(According to the words in front of the clouds.)
Present the sentences like this: It’s in the truck. It is fat and so on. Read and repeat .
⑶ Compare the words.(help Ss know the meaning of them)
⑷ Listen and read the chant.
Action Game 2
Talk about the animals in different places.

(5) Practice
1.Game: What s missing
Show the PPT to the students and ask them to close their eyes, teachers take away some words. And then ,students open to guess the missing animals quickly. Reward the best students.
2.Super imitation show
Teachers give orders “Act like a/ an..”. The students imitate in groups, other students choose the best performers. Give the best performers some gifts.
3.Let's do Students say out and act like animals together with the music.
【活动】 Consolidation and Extension
Sing the song “Old MacDonald”
Develop Ss to protect animals and love animals.
Say goodbye to the animals and send them home. Let students know that animals are our friends, we should help and protect them.
【作业】Homework
1.Tell your parents the main words.
2. Act the animals out after the class.
3. Make new chants and dialogues with your partners.
