Step One
1. Setting up scenarios: How should students in different classes introduce each other after meeting Through guiding group discussion and trying to perform, students'enthusiasm can be fully mobilized. Learn Pleased to meet you. Pleased to meet you too.
2. The teacher acts as a student introducing himself: I'm Li Yan. I'm in Class 1. Then the teacher clearly and slowly demonstrates himself and lets the students follow and imitate. Pay attention to students'pronunciation of the word class

Step Two Show the Wallchart and ask some questions for students to answer.

Play the tape and let the students listen. Guess how old you are. It can be played several times more.
Situational introduction: Small patients go to the hospital to see a doctor. Doctors ask small patients how old are you What's your name Teachers should explain how old means "how old".
