学情分析 五年级的孩子已经有了一定的知识储备和英语素养。有关动物的词汇已经在三年级上册和四年级上册学过。单词basketball也在四年级上册第六单元见过,单词love在三年级上册第十二单元学过。所以basket和lovely应该不难掌握。句型“Can I... ”也已经在本册第四单元学过。另外,孩子们已经与英语接触两年有余,认知系统已经有了一定的语感。对于老师常用的课堂用语和一些简单的口语已经可以很轻松地理解,甚至可以灵活运用了。十个手指有长短,一个班级的学生素质也是参差不齐。所以在教学时要兼顾不同基础的孩子。
教学目标 掌握新单词rabbit/ pet/ basket/ cage/ hold/ lovely/ sure.了解并能初步运用句型“- Can I have a ...? - Yes, I can./ No,I can’t.”。理解A部分对话,并能运用。有爱心,培养孩子们爱护小动物的情操。

合作交流Practise 活动模拟宠物商店,合作交流,孩子们可以使用句型“Can I have a/an... ”获得一些动物玩偶,再进行组内分享。
