1、知识目标：使学生掌握并熟悉运用以下词语和句型： (1)milk shake, blender ，turn on, cut up, peel, pour, into. (2)How do you make a banana milk shake 2、语言技能目标：能运用所学词汇描述奶昔的制作过程，能在真实 情景中熟练运用。 3、情感目标：通过创设情境，学生身临其境感受和体验，使语言学以致用，激发学生的学习积极性。体会在活动中学习英语的乐趣，了解西方人的饮食文化。
三、学生特征分析
由于学生基本都没制作过奶昔，所以学生对该制作过程一点都不了解。因此在讲授过程中，教师亲自动手操作制作奶昔的所有步骤，让学生认真细致的观察，使学生对奶昔的制作过程有所认识，在设计本课时，主要培养学生认真细致的观察以及积极思考的能力。最后安排学生亲自动手操作，培养学生亲自动手操作的能力。

本部分内容教师尽量用实物展示边介绍边讲解，并通过课件边演示边讲授，让学生积极观察思考。教师通过屏幕演示教学内容，在教学中随堂进行学习,一目了然
