Reading1.Pre-reading Listen to the tape and fill in the price tags.While-reading ⑴Read for the first time,then answer the questions. ①What can we buy at Mr. Cool's Clothes Store ②How much are the yellow sweaters there ③For boys,what color trousers do they sell How much are they ④If you want to buy six pairs of socks,what's the price of them ⑵Read for the second time, then complete the conversation and practice it in a group. 3.Post- reading Summarize what words we can use to write. at very good prices;We have...for only $15; for three pairs;......StepⅢ. Writing1.Pre-writing Give students one minute to remember the words, phrases and sentences they can use in the reading passage.2.While-writing ①Put students in one group(six students) into two parts. Number 4/5/6 write their passage like 3a. Number 1/2/3 write their passage following the mind map. ②Give them five minutes to write.3.Post- writing Correct the mistakes and give themselves a point.StepⅣ. Homework Finish and correct the passage on the paper. Students will be interested in what ads are like in English.Students fill in the price tags. One students come to the blackboard to match the price tags.Students write their answers on their papers.Ask four students to show their answers on the blackboard.Students imagine they work at Mr. Cool’s Clothes Store.After finishing their conversations in the group , show them to the class.Students have one minute to prepare the words,phrases and sentences. Show their answers together.Students have one minute to remember and conceive their passages.Students are divided into two parts. Number 1/2/3 are better, they can challenge harder passages.When time is up, show their work by using Seewo on the screen.
