Teaching procedures:
Step 1: Check and dictation

The teacher shows some fruit and pictures and tell the students what she likes and what she doesn’t like.
Step 3:Presentation
1. a. Ask the students to discuss what they like and what they don’t like in groups to make a survey and finish the chart in 3c.
Do you like... Yes, I do./No, I don’t.
b.act out.Ask one or two students to report what their group members like and dislike.
eg:A likes...,but she /he doesn’t like ....
A likes ..., but B doesn’t like them.
2. First,ask the students to read the sentences in grammar focus and underline all the food and think about the difference among the words about the food.
Then,ask them to answer it. The teacher can help them.
Next,ask the students to discuss and sum up countable and uncountable nouns in groups. And ask two students to write them on the blackboard.
After finishing,check and add more words with the help of the teacher.
At last,ask the students to read the words.
3.Learn the usage of countable and uncountable nouns.
(1) 可数名词和不可数名词做主语时,谓语动词的使用。
(2) 可数名词单数变复数的规则。
(3) 拓展一些特殊名词的复数形式。
4.Do some exercises.
5. a.Ask the students to read the sentences in grammar focus again and discuss in groups to find out the difference and the usage about the sentences.
b.show us their answers.
c.The teacher helps them to sum up the key points.
(1) 含有实义动词的肯定句(陈述句)。
(2) 含有实义动词的否定句。
(3) 含有实义动词的一般疑问句及其回答。
6. Ask the students to finish the exercises in 3a by themselves.
Check the answers and read the sentences.
Step 4: Pair work
First, ask the students to read the sentences in 3b and number these sentences. Later,check it.
Then, ask them to read the conversation.
Next, ask them to discuss in groups for 3 minutes and make a conversation .
At last, act out.
