Lesson 7 Don’t Be Late for Class!
1、 教材分析
本单元主要是围绕谈论时间和喜爱的学科来展开话题，通过本单元的学习，可以使学生了解时间的表达方法和学科的学习方法等相关情况，乐于接触并了解异国文化。在学习过程中，让学生能够对自己感兴趣的学科勇敢地用英语表达自己的看法，感受各个学科给我们带来的知识与乐趣，以及不断学习超越自我的精神。
Lesson 7 主要是让学生接触和了解现在完成时的句子的含义，简单地表达自己喜爱的学科，激发学生的学习兴趣，培养学生用英语来表述自己感兴趣的人物和事件的意识。
1教学重点：了解并谈论喜爱的学科这一话题。
2教学难点：如何引导学生准确描述自己感兴趣的学科；理解现在完成时句子的含义。
二、教学目标：
1语言知识：
掌握词汇： geography sometime painter timetable

2语言技能：通过本课的学习培养学生综合运用语言的能力，有效
提高学生听说及阅读能力。
3 情感态度：让学生通过本课的学习，了解自己所喜爱学科的一些知识，并培养学生努力学习、积极进取、不断超越自己的意识。
4 学习策略：通过听力练习、俩人活动、小组活动来完成听说及阅读的训练。

四、教学步骤
Step 1 Leading-in.
By telling the story of Lu Xun, stimulate the students’ interests in learning.
【设计思路】：我通过鲁迅先生“早”字的故事来引入新课，意在让学生学习鲁迅先生的这种精神，严格要求自己，按时上学。
Step 2 Presentation.
Show a picture of the timetable and let the students talk about some questions and learn the new words.
【设计思路】：用课程表图片引入新授单词，让学生既学习了新单词，又可以谈论一下自己的课程，在句子中教学单词，既可以让学生更好地理解单词意思以及在语境中的用法，也为下面的学习做了铺垫。
Step 3 Listening
Play the tape, get the students to listen and match.
After listening, check the answers. Make sure that the students can understand.
【设计思路】：培养学生的听力，让学生大致了解文章内容。
Step 4 Reading 1.
Get the students to read the text and answer the questions.
After reading, check the answers. Make sure that the students can understand.
【设计思路】：第一个阅读任务，让学生深入了解课文内容，能够使用简略答语正确回答问题，培养学生的阅读能力。
Step 5 Reading 2.
Get the students to read the text in groups and translate the phrases and sentences.
After reading, check the answers. Make sure that the students can understand.
【设计思路】：第二个阅读任务，让学生小组读课文，并解决课文中的重点短语和几个现在完成时的句子。这样，学生既疏通了课文，又为下面学习现在完成时做了准备。
Step 6 Reading 3.
Get the students to read the text together.
【设计思路】：让学生再次熟悉课文，加深理解。
Step 7 Explaining.
Explain some important language points .
【设计思路】：对课文中的重点难点加以解释，并配以相应的习题巩固。让学生熟练应用，掌握考点，连接中考。
Step 8 Practice.
Ask them to do some exercises about the useful expressions in class and then check the answers.
【设计思路】：让学生进一步巩固本课所学的重点短语，达到熟练掌握。
Step 9 Free talk.
Work in pairs and talk about their favourite subjects, then present in class.
【设计思路】：让学生谈论自己喜欢的学科，鼓励他们用所学英语知识表达自己的想法，学以致用。
Step 10 Emotional education.
Let the students read the sentences together.
【设计思路】：通过一些励志的名言警句，让学生的心灵得到撞击，引导他们热爱学习，上学不迟到，为了梦想而努力学习，升华主题。
Step 11 Homework
Get the students to recite the languange points and write a passage: My Fovourite Subject.
【设计思路】：让学生课下掌握本课主要内容并写一篇作文，趁热打铁，练习写作。
