这两句用于询问某物是否属于某人。“Is this … ”意为“这是……吗？”肯定回答是“Yes, it is.”,否定回答是“No, it isn’t.”。当然确定多个物品的主人时，要用“Are these … 这些是……吗？”，肯定回答是“Yes, they are.”，否定回答是“No, they aren’t.”
