一、教材分析
本课内容是PEP 小学英语四年级第六单元B部分的 Let’s learn& Let’s play ,主要学习有关描述职业的词汇,以及运用这些词汇询问职业并回答。
二、教学目标
根据对教材的理解和学情的分析,我预设如下教学目标:
知识目标:
1.能听说认读单词: doctor,cook ,driver ,farmer ,nurse...
2. 能听懂,会说: What’s your...’s job He/She is a/an ....
能力目标:
能在情境中运用句型: What’s your...’s job
He/She is a/an ....
情感目标:利用描述职业的对话,引导大家去为自己的梦想而努力。
三、教学重点
认读 doctor ,cook ,driver ,farmer ,nurse 等词汇,并能运用这些词汇询问职业并回答。
四、教学难点
单词正确发音; 句型在情境中的运用。
五、教学过程
Step1. Warm-up
1. Free talk
T: Good morning, boys and girls. Class begins.
Ss: Good morning, teacher .
T: How are you
Ss: I’m fine,thank you.
T: You can get a flag if you do well.
If your group has more flags,your group can get a surprise.
2.Enjoy a song.
T: First let’s enjoy a song《Finger family》.
Ss: Sing together.
T:What’s the song about
Ss: It’s about finger family.
T: How many people are there in the finger family
S1:Five.
T: How many people are there in your family

(设计意图:通过欣赏歌曲,可以营造学习英语的氛围,调动学生的学习积极性,拉近师生的距离,又可以复习学过的家庭成员单词,为上好本节课打基础。)
Step 2.Presentation

Tips:
Self-study and discuss it in your group for 1 minute. (自学--互学)

用多媒体课件呈现目标词汇从音,形,义几个方面学习单词,在有意义的语言环境中呈现单词。
3.拓展认读:book, look, took...
4.T:Come and meet my family.

引出单词“jobs”和“helpful”。
Step3. Pairwork
Talk about your family .

Tips:
1.Talk about your family with your partner for 2 minutes.
2.Show with your partner.

1.主任务2:

2.Ask and answer in groups.

Tips:
1.四人一组,一人扮演人口普查员,
2.询问组员了解一下情况吧。
3.一个人当普查员,询问完一个组员所有问题之后再询问另外一个人。
4.小组上台展示。
