1、 教材分析：
本节课选自外研社出版的《新标准英语》第九册第六模块第一单元。本单元的主题是运用英语谈论能力。通过活动使学生学会用英语表达自己或他人所具备的某种技能并能用英语表达出能力。
2、 学情分析：
让学生掌握如何用英语评估自己和他人，如can/ can’t.因为本课内容与学生们喜欢的体育运动有关，所以他们会对学习内容感兴趣。但班级学生层次不同，所以我采用任务型教学，趣味性教学，分小组合作完成不同任务。以声音图片视频等多种方法激发学生学习兴趣。课堂教师鼓励分组竞争评价的方式使学生乐于学习。
三、教学目标：
1、学生能听懂，会说并能理解运用well、high、got、fan.
You can play basketball well.(单词、课文、拓展、总结)
2、学生能朗读课文。（课文教学）
3、学生能写出1—2个语句，说明自己的特长。（拓展）
4、学生能用“can”说明能力。（拓展）

（一）Warming up

1、Task:把图片分成三个俱乐部，最后小组讨论想参加哪个俱乐部。
