一.教材分析:
本课是外研社新标准英语三年级上册Module 5 Unit 1的教学内容,讲述了Amy生病时询问妈妈是否可以吃不同的食物,妈妈给予否定回答或肯定回答。是在第四模块运用can表达能力之后,再次运用Can I … 句型征求别人的意见或是询问别人能否做某事这样一种语言结构,并能够对别人的询问给予正确的回答。
二.学情分析:
学生已经知道可以用can表达能力,但还不知道也可以用can来表达向他人征求意见。对于can的这个用法学生需要在操练中掌握,并和另一个含义进行区分,同时也要会使用对应得肯定回答和否定回答。
三.教学目标:
1.知识目标:能认读单词:drink/shop/go out/thanks
能认读功能句:Can I have …… Yes, you can. No, you can’t.
2.技能目标:通过操练,会运用功能句Can I have …, please 表达别人自己是否可以吃某物,并用Yes, you can. / No, you can’t.对别人的询问给予回应。
3.情感态度与价值观:懂得在日常生活中要注意礼貌习惯。能主动大胆的表达自己的想法,有积极参加活动的意识,具有合作精神。
4.文化意识:热爱英语,提高对英语表达的兴趣。
5.学习策略:视觉图像联想法,情境法。
四.教学重点:
1.熟练掌握Can I have …, please Yes, you can. / No, you can’t. 2.能够听说读单词drink/shop/go out/thanks,听说读写单词drink.
五.教学难点:
区分can的两种不同意义并加以正确应用。
六.教学过程:
Ⅰ.Warming up and leading in:
1.Say a chant.<>
2. Make a revision. Review the words and phrases about food .
Ⅱ.Task Presentation:
Show the task of this unit.
Ⅲ.Presentation:
Learn the sentences.
T:I like ice creams. Can I have an ice cream
Ss: No,you can’t.
Teacher asks questions “Can I … ”Ss answer “Yes, you can./ No, you can’t.”
T:What do you want
Ss:Can I have…
T: Yes, you can./ No, you can’t.
S:Can I have an ice cream
T: No, you can’t. Today let’s learn Module5 Unit1 Can I have an ice cream
Ss read the title.
2.Text learning.
(1) Watch, listen and answer T: We can have much food, can Amy have an ice cream Let’s watch the video and answer the question.
Ss watch and answer: No, she can’t.
(2)Read and answer.T: Amy can’t have an ice cream. What can Amy do Let’s read and answer.
Ss answer. Then check the answers.
(3)Read the text, teach ”go out”and”drink”.
Ⅳ. Practice :
(1)Read in roles.
(2)Ask and answer: Complete the sentences and talk about the pictures.
T:Let’s talk about the two pictures and fill in the blanks. Practice in pair, ask and answer in pairs.Ss report.
Ⅴ. Production :
(1)Talk and act in the shop. T:It’s tea time. We are in a fast food restaurant. Here are many delicious food. Do you like them Can you ask
T be the guider. Ss ask with”Can I have...,please ”. T answer with”Yes,you can/ No,you can’t.” Then Ss ask and answer in groups. Act it out in front of the class.
(2)Talk and act at the doctor’s.
Talk about what can have and what can’t have at the doctor’s.Teacher shows how to ask and answer. Ss Practise acting in groups of four, then act in front of the class.
