教学目标:
1.听说认读单词:dining hall, gym, grass, …years ago, …months ago, last year, last month.
2.学习句型:There was/were … We didn’t have … 及其一般过去时态的具体运用。
3.学生会根据具体年代判断与之相符的事物。
教学重难点:
1.教学重点:过去时间状语的运用;
2.教学难点:句型There is/are...now. 和 There was/ were ...ago.的比较运用。
教具准备:
1.本课时课件;
2.学生用纸;
3.小黑板。
教学过程:
1.Warm-up: Repeat or stay quiet
T: Listen to me: If I say something with past tense,you stand up and repeat after me;If I say something without past tense,you just sit and be quiet. Go!
2.Let's learn
(1)Lead -in
T: I will read some sentences for you,then you choose which picture it is about:picture1 or picture2
(The school has three floors. There is a big playground and some green trees in it.Which picture )
(2)New presentation
a.Review old words of “my school”,students look at the screen about pictures and sentences to guess the words,and ask some students to come to the blackboard to write the words.(Review old words and lead-in new words.)
b.Show the picture of Wu Binbin’s new school.Students look and talk about “What’s the school look like ” (beautiful, big、new)
T: What’s in his school now What was in school five years ago Listen carefully and write down.(Write down on the paper).
(3)Practice
Show some pictures to compare the structures of “There is /are ... ;There was/were ...ago.
3.Let’s play
T:Look at two pictures and describe what can you see It’s Tang dynasty. There is/are... in it.(学生会用学过的词句说出There is a bridge、a river and some trees in it.)
But in our books, there are some mistakes in it. Can you find the mistakes Try it!
4.Let’s play
You have a paper, there are many letters in it. Circle some letters to make some words : Cross or down. Then invite some students to show their paper in front of the platform, and ask some students to circle the words on the small blackboard. Let’s do!
