　　　In the reading period，the most important thing is telling the students how to read and learn the new items in it.It is a good time to train the students' ability of reading quickly and efficiently.We do this practice again and again.At every reading step，students learn to deal with one task.They should learn to catch the main and the most important ideas as quickly as they can.They must learn to use some new words and new language items.Idioms and phrases are important in English learning.They are supposed to remember them and make sentences with these idioms or replace some other words.
After reading，we get the students to role－play the conversation.In this way，students will practice more and learn easily.
