二、General remarks
* Greet the class (Good morning/ afternoon/ evening). 问候全班学生。
* Carry out the procedure suggested below, as outline in Teaching Unit 1. 按下列原第1单元所列的程序进行。
The meaning of instructions (Look! Listen!Open your books! etc. ) should be conveyed through gesture and mime. 用手势和摹拟表演来表示指令的含义。
三、Listening comprehension 听力理解
1. Introduce the story介绍故事
T: Today we'll listen to a story about a umbrella.
2. Understand the situation了解情景
Ask the students to look at the pictures and explain to you in Chinese what they think is happening. Prompt the students in Chinese if necessary. 要求学生看图,并用中文解释图中表示的动作,必要时可用中文给学生提示。
3. Listening objective听力训练目标
T: Listen to the story and see if you can answer this question: Does the man get his umbrella back
4. Play the tape or read the dialogue播放录音或朗读对话
Now play the tape or read the dialogue. The students listen without interruption and try to think of the answer to the question you set them播放录音或朗读对话。学生不停顿地听录音,准备回答教师提的问题。
5. Answer the question回答问题
After the reading, ask the question:朗读之后问:Does the man get his umbrella back Train students not to shout out the answer. Instead, ask one student, then ask the others to agree or disagree with a show of hands. 训练学生不集体回答;问一个学生,然后用手势问其他学生是同意还是不同意。
四、Reading Comprehension
1. Read the dialogue again,pausing after every line to check the students understand.
(包含课文讲解及补充)
2. Number drill:
(1)Write the numbers 1-15
(2)Give the Instruction: Look at the blackboard! And All together!
(3)Get small groups or individuals to repeat the numbers.
(4)Erase the numbers and write them again in non-numerical sequence (13, 7, 15, 8, 4, 12, 11, 6, 10, 9…). First get the class to repeat and then ask individual students to say aloud.
3. Pattern Drill:
a. Is this your (handbag) Yes, it is. No, it isn’t.
(1)Illustrate each exercise first by providing the stimulus and response.
(2)Then, now you, ask individual students to continue in the same way.
b. It is not my (pen). It is your (pen). 和It is not your (pen). It is my (pen).
Use actual objects which may be found in the classroom: book, coat, handbag, pen, pencil, watch.
T: Is this my pen or your pen
S: It is not my pen. It is your pen./ It is not your (pen). It is my (pen).
老师拿出实际物品来进行举例,练习句型。可以用缩略形式:it is=it’s, is not=isn’t
五、Grammar
1. This is not my umbrella. 这不是我的伞。
这是含be动词的否定句。含有be动词的句子的否定句式是在be后加not.
(1)be动词的一半现在时有三种形式:am,is和are, 根据主语选用不同的be动词。
(2)is not的缩略词isn’t;are not的缩略词aren’t。
翻译:(1)他不是一名学生。
(2)这不是你的房子。它是我的房子。
2. Here is my ticket.
here后面be动词使用情况,要根据后面名词的单复数情况来定。
翻译:(1)这是我的钢笔。
(2)这儿有一些卡片是给你的。
(3)这儿有一些玩具车。
