设计意图:在学习英语单词之前,先让学生整体感知,复习已学过的字母,同时将字母与单词结合,关注字母在单词中的发音。通过图片导出物品的英语单词,学习单词的同时引入本课句型,让学生提前感知本节课目标语言,为下面的教学内容做准备。

▲What's this in English?这用英语怎么说?
(1)此句用来问某个物品用英语怎样说,回答不用“This is…”,而用“It is a/an+可数名词单数.”结构。
(2)what是疑问代词,常放在句首引导特殊疑问句。
(3)“in+某种语言”表示“用某种语言”。
(4)what's是what is的缩略式,it's是it is的缩略式。

本节课我注重了方法与价值观的培养:听说练习,大量感知英语,加强输入,让学生养成良好的学习英语的习惯。口语练习采用Pair work和Group work相结合的方式,让学生多多练习,学会合作。大部分学生能正确书写字母Ii-Rr,知道笔画顺序,熟悉大小写,而且学会身边常见物品的英文单词,能够运用本单元的句型向别人询问和回答物品的英文名称。
