Step1 Greetings
T:Good morning, boys and girls.
S:Good morning, Miss zeng.
T:How are you

Step2 Warm-up\Revision
Enjoy a song “Walking, walking!”
【设计意图】通过歌曲唱跳活跃课堂气氛,让学生通过walk感知出行方式,为后续的学习做好铺垫。
Step3 Lead-in
T:Today, I’ll introduce a new friend to you.This is Li Wei.Let’s say hello to him.
S:Hello, Li Wei. Nice to meet you.
Bill:Nice to meet you.This is my school,and here is my home.It is not far away,so I often walk to school.It’s time to go to school.Bye-bye.
S:Bye-bye.
【设计意图】通过介绍一位新朋友Li Wei,通过介绍学校和家,创设情境步行去学校,从而很自然地引出本堂课的重点词组和句子。

(出示ppt各种出行方式)

新授by car
操练句型 ---How do you usually go to school
---I usually go to school by car.
同样的方式通过变换地点,引入新授内容:by train by taxi by bus by bike on foot
操练句型 ---How do you usually go to school
---I usually go to school by bike/bus/train/bus.
---How do you usually go to school
---I usually go to school on foot./I usually walk to school.
(操练过程中形式多样,有个人、集体、分组等形式。)
【设计意图】通过出示一组出行方式,让学生进行free talk。让学生自主说出使用何种出行方式,由互动方式到逐步放手,给了学生充分的话语权。
Step4 Practice
1、 利用单词卡片巩固by bus;by car;by train;by taxi;by bike;on foot。学生听、说、跟读这些词组。并在教师的指导下练习拼读、记忆这些词组。

做“小导游”游戏。PPT展示旅游路线图。其中一名学生担任导游,带领大家一起去这些地方旅游。

【设计意图】这一环节是学生从书本走向生活的重要一步,通过大容量的信息输入为学生搭建教材内容与生活实际之间的桥梁。“小导游”游戏为知识输出环节。借助简单路线图信息进行交流,增加了知识准备。其他学生通过聆听参与,提高了获取信息的能力。
