Teaching Plan:
A. Teaching material analysis:
本课是冀教三年级起始版六年级上册第二单元第11课Always Do Your Homework。该课是以情景会话形式对11课的频率副词always, usually, sometimes 和never的复习,并达到运用的效果。本课由已学知识升华到新要求,体现了英语语言的交际功能。
B. Teaching aims
1.知识目标:学生能够用英语正确描述书中所给图表内容,并会说、运用句型:Let’s put an… for…。
2.能力目标:学生能够根据身边的人和事绘制表格,并会用I always/often/sometimes/never …表达自己日常活动。
3.情感态度目标:能够正确认识自己应该做的事,并乐于交际。
C. Teaching emphasis and difficulty
1.掌握运用频率副词always,often,sometimes,never。
2.将频率副词与动词短语组合运用,进行对话练习do your homework, help your mother, clean the floor, walk to school, ride my bike, wear dresses, watch TV, read books, play computer games, have lunch, wear shorts。
D. Teaching methods
TPR教学,让学生们动起来,活跃气氛,并达到利用多种感官学英语的目的;
直观法教学,利用有趣多变的多媒体课件让学生产生视觉冲击,印象深刻;
任务型教学,采用Pair Work, Group Work等形式,让所有的学生都能参与到活动中来,提高表达能力。

(设计意图:利用多媒体图片激发学生的好奇心,创设有利的学习氛围)
II) Presentation:
a.Be a reporter:
1. Look, what do I have I have a micro phone. I’m a reporter now. (手拿话筒)
Do you have fun Are you happy (按照黑板上的表格,问一个同学)
Do you always brush your teeth (准备一个胸标:Clean Star)
What do you usually do after school I… (Study Star)
Do you always listen and read English (English Star )
Do you sometimes play basketball ( NBA Star)
2. Who wants to be a reporter and ask me questions
Look, I want to make a chart. (学生问老师答,并将黑板上的空白填上词always, often, sometimes, never) 读单词chart,和短语make a chart.
3. Pair-work(学生有相应的表格,填好自己的和同桌的信息,同时老师将表格填好)
You have a chart, too.
You fill in the blanks and ask questions to your friend. And then finish the chart.
Show me your chart. (用多媒体展示台展示学生的表格并进行提问也可找学生提问)
(设计意图:用多媒体展示可以让学生表现自我,争相做到最好)
III)Put letters for the words:
1. Good, you did a good job.
This is my friend. He is Maddy, the Monster. I asked him the same questions.
Look at my chart. Can you answer my questions
Does he…. (根据图表提问并做一些相应的解释)
2.再次出示图表,演示用图形代替单词的过程
Look,this chart is not good. The words are two long.
Let’s make it easy and beautiful. I put shapes for the words.
Let’s put an A for always. (屏幕上演示替换过程),之后出示句子。
Can you put other shapes for usually\sometimes\never
(设计意图:用多媒体展示替换过程,让学生感受英语学习是更生动有趣的,并且把句子结构和意义掌握更清晰)
3.Drills:(让学生上前指出替换位置,说出句子)Let’s put an O for often. Let’s put an S for sometimes. Let’s put an N for never.

(设计意图:训练学生的表达交流能力)
IV). Students book
1. Mr. Wood asks questions. Let’s watch the video. (看视频并回答问题)
Read the text again.
2.Practice: Let’s look and check. (大屏幕出示图表和判断对错的句子,注意标明频率副词和动词单三的使用,找学生来判断,并用正确的单词替换错误的,读出正确的句子。)
V). Production:
Group work: Now you are a reporter in your group. You ask questions and make a chart. What else can you ask
(将书上的最后几个问句和与学生密切相关的话题出示在大屏幕上)
Homework:
你作为一个小记者,回家采访一下家人你感兴趣的话题,制作图表并用几句话描述。
