What would you do if you were too shy Here are some tips which can help you to get over shyness.
Get into the habit of smiling — it’s to your own advantage. When you smile at people, some will return it.
Read and learn about different and interesting topics like events, music, the environment and weather. Then you can start suitable conversations with others. When you do this, you’re no longer shy about your ability (能力) to keep the conversation going on.
