特殊疑问句
就句子中的某一部分提问的疑问句,就叫特殊疑问句。因大多数疑问词均以wh-开头,所以特殊疑问句又被称为wh-问句。
疑问词按词性可以分为疑问副词和疑问代词。
疑问词有what, who, why, when等。
疑问代词:what, who 疑问副词:when, why
①可单独用于询问姓名、年龄、号码、计算结果、物品等。
例:What’s your name
②也可与其它名词subject, food, color等“组合”询问更为具体的信息。
例:What color does he like
what作疑问代词,意为 “什么” 。用于询问“某物/某事”。
who
who作疑问代词,意为“谁”。用于询问“某人” ,在句中可作主语、宾语、表语。作主语时,谓语动词多用单数形式。
whom意为“谁”,只在句中作宾语;
whose意为“谁的”,只在句中作定语。
例:Who is in the classroom (作主语)
Who/Whom are they talking with (作宾语)
when作疑问副词,意为“什么时候;何时”。用于询问年、月、日期这样的时间。
例:— When is your birthday
— It’s on June 5th.

why作疑问副词,意为 “为什么” 。用于询问原因时,用 because 引导的句子回答,意为 “因为……”
例:— Why do you like P.E.
— Because it’s fun.

特殊疑问句一般由“疑问词+一般疑问句…?”构成(提问主语部分的疑问句除外)

Wh-疑问句中助动词的使用规律
1. 特殊疑问词放在最前面;
2. 如果有动词 be,直接主谓倒置;
3. 如无动词 be,则要借助助动词 do 或does。
特殊疑问句的回答
特殊疑问句在回答时不能用yes/no来回答,可以使用完整答语,也可以只回答提问部分。
