Thanks for your email. I’m glad to tell you something about
Ice and Snow Hot pot Festival in Inner Mongolin. The Festival
falls on New Year’s Day in Mongolian Garden and it is held
to promote Mongolian culture.
I experienced the festival for the first time last year.First,we watched the opening ceremony and I was amazed by the lion dance.Then ,there was the Mongolian traditional clothing
show .The competitors who were wearing fancy Mongolian
robes waved their arms like eagles . After that,we gathered
around a huge hot pot ,in which we boiled varieties of food .
To a foodie, nothing was better than boiling sliced mutton
in a steaming hot pot!Finally ,I took part in some ice and
snow events,which were all exciting.
Eating hot pot with so many people was really great fun.
Hoping you will have the chance to experience it in the near
future .
