一、学情分析 我所教的班级的学生绝大多数带自于农村,英语基础很薄弱,经过初一年级的训练略有提升。我在教学过程中,尽量地让学生张开嘴巴说出自己所想的,增强自信心,提高学习英语的热情,激发兴趣。
二、教材分析 通过本节课的学习,让学生初步会运用英语比较级和最高级进行日常生活中的一些事物的比较,能够学以致用。
三、教学目标设计 语言知识 重点词汇:height, weight, sec., competition, test;掌握比较级和最高级变化规则;掌握特殊单词的比较级和最高级的变化形式;掌握比较级和最高级的最基本句型结构。
语言技能 能够使用比较级和最高级的基本句型结构进行事物和人物的比较。
学习策略与思维技巧 学用结合,学中用,用中学;自学探究,学生“探究”,老师点拨;合作学习,共同进步。
情感态度与价值 教学中不断激发和强化学生的兴趣,树立信心,克服困难,乐于与他人合作。

五、教学难点 1.Read and use the new words correctly;2.Know how to use comparatives and superlatives; 3. Know the rules of forming comparatives and superlatives.
六、教学方法 1.突出重点,突破难点:听英文歌曲,句型展示,小组讨论等多种形式反复操练重点句型,巩固所学知识;2.让学生学中用,用中学,倡导体验参与,培养自主学习能力。

Step1 Lead-inListen to the song “You’re my best friend”.Talk about “ What is your best friend like ” and guess “Who is he / she ” Step2 PresentationTalk about friends and compare them.Show two pictures of famous people (one is Liu Xiang , the other is Yao Ming) and compare them “ who is taller / shorter,.. or… …is taller / shorter than…”Ask and answer: ---How tall is… ---He’s…Learn new words: height n. – high adj.Learn new the pattern: --What’s the height of … / What’s one’s height --- … in height.Step3 Presentation1. Show two pictures of famous people (one is Jia Lin , the other is Tang Yan) and compare them “ who is thinner / fatter,.. or… …is fatter / thinner than…”2. Ask and answer: ---How heavy is… --- Women’s weight is a secret.3. Learn new words: weight n. – weigh v.4.Learn new the pattern: --What’s the weight of … / What’s one’s weight --- … in weight.--How much does… weigh 5. Finish some exercises in the workbook. 通过英文歌曲引起学生上课的兴趣,再通过他们感兴趣的话题导入今天的课。通过学生熟悉并且喜欢的人物,自然导入语法知识,引出要求掌握的词汇和句型,以及比较级的基本规则,为下面的教学作铺垫。让学生用中学,学中用,学用结合。让学生根据以上学习内容进行总结。编成简单的语句,让学生更容易记住初中阶段要求双写最后辅音字母的10个词。通过听音乐巩固知识点。让学生自己探究,以旧引新,导出不规则的形容词的形式。回归书本,让学生进一步练习,巩固所学语法知识。同时在语境中教授新单词。学以致用。读一首含最高级和比较级的励志小诗,即增加趣味性又可以给学生有情感上的教育。
