在本节课,学生第一次接触便条这一实用文体,把握好便条的书写格式,围绕学生熟悉的节日,设计补充问答练习。
教学目标
1. 知识目标:
(1)复习序数词的构成方法,并能运用序数词来正确表达日期。
(2)了解并能熟练询问及回答一些常见节日的日期。
掌握短语:Children’s Day,National Day,Women’s Day,New Year’s Day。
掌握句型:Please come to my school next week.
We have a basketball game.
See you there!
(3)会写便条,邀请朋友参加自己学校的某项活动。
2. 能力目标:
培养学生用英语思考的习惯,提高书面表达能力以及英语实践运用能力。
3. 情感目标:
通过互相询问生日,学会与他人交流;通过与他人合作,学会关心他人;合理安排自己的作息时间,健康成长。

教学过程
Step 1 Revision
1. Review the school activities. Let some students say all the school activities they know.
:basketball game,volleyball game,soccer game,tennis game,school trip,art festival...
:School Day,Sports Day,English Day,book sale,English test,party...
2. Let some students report what activities they like and dislike.
(Tell students to use the sentence structure:I like...,but I don’t like...)
:I like basketball games,volleyball games and soccer games,but I don’t like English Day,book sales,English tests or parties.
:I like tennis games,school trips and art festivals,but I don’t like Sports Day,English Day or book sales.
3. Let the students translate the following phrases and sentences.
国庆节 National Day 儿童节 Children’s Day
妇女节 Women’s Day 新年 New Year’s Day
下周请到我的学校来。Please come to my school next week.
新年是什么时候?When is New Year’s Day?
Step 2 Presentation
1. Let students look at the note in 3a and complete it with the words in the box.

2. Ask students to read the note aloud.
3. Sum up how to write a note.

中间:正文
结尾:写便条人的名字
Step 3 Writing
T:Class! There will be a book sale in our school,too. Do you like to invite your friends to our school

T:OK. Let’s write our invitation.
1. Let students write their own notes. Tell the students to use the questions in 3b for help.
For example:What is your friend’s name
What does your friend like to do
What activity do you have in your school
When is the activity
Choose some good ones and show them in class.
2. Ask the students to share their notes.

1. Complete the chart in Activity 1 with the correct forms of the numbers. Then check the answers.

Ⅰ. 1. B 根据常识可知,“六月一日”是儿童节(Children’s Day),日期应用序数词,June为“六月”,July为“七月”,选B。
2. D 回答年龄应用基数词(Nine),表示“……岁生日”要用序数词。当序数词前面有形容词性物主代词等限定词时,不用再加定冠词the。故选D。

4. A 联系前后句可知,是在讲购物的事情,故A项符合语境。
5. E 由前一句可知,作者为不能去看望奶奶而感到抱歉,表达自己一直都是爱奶奶的,故选E。
