教学内容分析 本课是本模块的第一课,通过听、说的练习使学生初步掌握本模块有关节日的话题功能和时间状语从句的语法要求,起到引领作用。本课前两个活动向学生传达了同一节日在不同的国家的庆祝时间及方式都不同的信息,拓展了学生的视野,同时也为下面的文化学习奠定了基础。接下来的对话中,托尼、贝蒂、玲玲和大明一起谈论了国庆节这一话题,他们分别谈论了中美两国国庆节的由来,不同的庆祝方式以及家人的节日活动安排。学习对话的过程中,学生要注意日期的表达方式序数词的构成和朗读方式,这也是本模块语音部分着重要训练的内容。
学情分析 本模块的话题是“公共节假日”学生对这个话题很感兴趣,但他们对这方面的知识知之甚少,教师要鼓励学生通过网络或课外阅读材料,了解一些节假日的背景知识,发展学生的资源意识,同时也帮助学生扩大知识面。本模块的语法项目是时间状语从句,这也是中学阶段重要的语法项目之一,受中西方表达的不同,也是学生容易出错的地方,教师要引导学生通过语境来感知和体会该语法项目,并通过相应的语音活动来运用,进而达到掌握的目的。
