课时目标[] 1.学习单词“first”，“second”，“library”和词组“teachers' office”。 2.能听懂、会说句型“Where's the…？”，“It's on the…floor.”。 3.能听懂“Let，s do”部分的指令并做相应的动作。 4.让学生初步认识学校的主要功能教室，鼓励学生多了解自己的学校，培养学生对学校的热爱之情。
重点难点 重点 1.能听、说、认读单词“first”，“second”，“library”和词组“teachers'office”。 2.能听懂、会说句型“Where's the…？”，“It's on the…floor.”。[] 3.培养学生的合作精神和与交际能力。 难点 1.序数词“first”和“second”的意义和用法。 2.介绍各功能教室的用途。 3.单词“library”中辅音的发音较难，要帮助学生反复操练。
教学准备 1.教师准备多媒体课件。 2.教师准备本课时教学所需的单词卡、小红旗。 3.教师准备录音机及教学录音带。 4.学生准备白纸和笔。
教学步骤 教学内容
一、课前热身(Warm－up) 课堂口语学习。 教师热情地和学生打招呼问好。 T: Hello, boys and girls.[] SS: Hello，teacher. T: Welcome back to class. Nice to see you again. SS: Nice to see you, too.
二、课前预习(Preview) (师生对话能增加学生学习语言的兴趣，培养学生开口说英语的意识和能力，促进师生在课堂上的互动。) 让学生同桌合作，询问和介绍自己班级的楼层位置，如： S1: Where's our classroom？ S2：It's on the…floor. (调动学生的学习热情，创设学习英语的气氛。)
三、新课呈现(Presentation) 1.A.Let's learn. (1)教学单词“first”和“second”。 教师请几位学生上讲台站好，依次问：“What time do you come to the classroom this morning？”，然后根据学生的回答，在黑板上分别写出这几位学生今天早上到学校的时间，然后将学生到校的时间按先后顺序排列，分别指着最先到教室的两位学生说：“…is the first one to come to the classroom this morning.…is the second one to come to the classroom this morning.”，教师边说边借助手势，帮助学生明白单词“first”和“second”的含义。 教师用课件出示几位学生的姓名和到校时间，学生同桌用句型“…is the first/second one to come to school.”相互介绍第一个和第二个到达学校的学生，帮助学生明白这两个单词的用法。 (2)教学单词“library”。 教师出示谜语，让学生猜，学生可以用汉语或英语说出谜底。 We read books in this place. There are many books here. There are comics, history books, English books, science books, story books and many other books. Where is it 教师根据学生的回答顺势引出单词“library”的教学。 注意：单词“library”的辅音连缀发音较难，教师可以先带领学生读，再让学生分组比赛读，最后将单词放进对话中操练，如： T: What can you see in the library？ SS：I can see many books. T: Do you like our library？ SS: Yes. 2.A.Let's do. (1)看词卡说单词。 教师出示一张词卡，如“garden”，要求学生依次说出与该词有关的其他单词，如“flowers”，“red”，“colour”，“trees”等，这样既复习了学过的单词，也为继续学习“Let's do”打下了基础。 (2)先让学生静静地听录音，仔细观察图片，理解语句；然后教师领读，学生模仿读音并做动作；最后教师播放录音，让学生听录音做动作，并鼓励学生跟着录音读。
四、课堂小结(Summary) 师生一起总结本节课所学的重点词汇和句型。
