1. What’s up 怎么了?
What’s up 常用于口语中,表示“怎么了?/怎么回事?/有什么事?”
类似表达还有:

我们应该在报告中描述一下自已。
be supposed to do sth.表示“应该做某事”, 相当于should do sth. 。
We are supposed to finish it in two hours.
= We should finish it in two hours.
我们应该在两小时内完成。
【拓展】be supposed to do sth.的否定形式为be not supposed to do sth.,相当于should not do sth.,意为“不应该做某事”。
