Mike was starting the fourth grade in the autumn. He feh that he was old enough to ride a bike to school like other kids. But there were two problems! The first was that he didn't know if his parents would let him ride a bike to school. New high school students in the US have more to worry about than their tests. Often, high schools are up to 10 times larger than middle schools! Students become small fish in a very, very big pond.

Some people say that today, reading is not as important as it was. These days we have photographs, films, radio, and television.
