There be 句型表示某处有某物，例如：There is a big supermarket around my house. \ There are many students in our school. 注意：There be 句型的be动词取决于离它最近的那一个名词，这叫there be 句型的就近原则。例如：There is an English teacher and 45 students in our class. = There are 45 students and an English teacher in our class.
表示方位的介词有：across from...在。。。的对面；behind在。。。的后面；in front of...在。。。的前面；next to...挨着、靠近；near在。。。附近；between...and...在。。。和。。。之间；on+街名，表示“在某条街上”。
当表示两个物体的位置关系时，用句型A+be动词+表示方位的介词+B. 例如：The supermarket is between the mall and the post office.
关于指路：go along \ down ... street沿着。。。街走；turn left向左转；turn right向右转；at the first crossing在第一个十字路口；on the right在右边；on the left在左边；（其中的the可以改成形容词性物主代词your等）
宾语从句中常用的表示问路的句型：
(1).Excuse me , could you please tell me if there is a hotel near here
(2).Yes , there is one on Center Street. \ Sorry , I don’t know , I’m new here.
